APPLICATION AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
Begin by submitting your application, including your resume, Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid Certificate, National police clearance and any relevant childcare qualifications, so we can get to know your background and experience.

WE GET TO KNOW YOU
We schedule an interview to better understand your experience, values, and preferences, ensuring that we can match you with the right families and placements.

REFERENCE CHECKS
To confirm your experience and suitability, we conduct thorough reference checks with previous employers or families you've worked with.

PRESENTING YOU TO FAMILIES
Once you're approved, we present your profile to families who align with your skills and preferences, arranging interviews for you to meet and connect with potential families.

NEGOTIATING THE JOB OFFER
We assist in negotiating the job offer, helping both you and the family come to an agreement on the terms of your placement for a smooth start and positive working relationship.

ONGOING SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE
After your placement, we provide continuous support and guidance, ensuring everything goes smoothly and that both you and the family are happy with the arrangement.
